Information processed by the app

Sortelle 3D does not require a game account and does not ask you to provide a name, email address, or password. Game progress, currency balances, unlocked collections, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to a Sortelle 3D account or cloud service. On Android, app backup is disabled, so uninstalling the game removes this local gameplay data. Store purchase ownership may still be restorable through Apple or Google. Sortelle 3D does not receive your app-store password.

Advertising and consent

Sortelle 3D uses Google AdMob to make opt-in rewarded ads available and does not use interstitial ads. Watching a rewarded ad is optional. After any required consent choices are handled, the game may request and preload a rewarded ad so it is ready if you press a Watch Ad button. Google and its advertising partners may therefore process information when an ad is loaded, shown, measured, or secured, depending on your consent and device settings. A gameplay reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms that the rewarded ad was completed.

This may include device identifiers, an advertising identifier when permitted, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad views and interactions, product interactions, performance information, and other technical diagnostic data. Google's User Messaging Platform may display privacy choices where required.

On iOS, permission to access the advertising identifier is requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency system when applicable. On Android, advertising choices and identifier controls are provided through the consent message and applicable device or Google settings. Refusing optional tracking or ad personalization does not prevent you from playing the game.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and by Google Play Billing on Android. Sortelle 3D receives purchase status and product information needed to deliver or restore an item, but does not receive your full payment card details or app-store password. The terms and privacy practices of Apple or Google, as applicable, govern the transaction.

Your choices

You can accept, reject, or manage consent in the Google User Messaging Platform privacy message shown in the app where available. On iOS, you can review tracking access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can review advertising privacy controls in your device and Google settings; the labels and location can vary by Android version. Local game data can be removed by deleting the app or using Reset Progress for the progress categories covered by that feature.

Retention and security

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset the applicable progress or delete the app. Google, Apple, and their service providers retain advertising, consent, diagnostic, and purchase records under their own policies and legal obligations. If you email support, we use the message and contact details only to answer and investigate your request, retain them only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose or a legal obligation, and then delete them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to this app, including local storage for gameplay progress, store-managed payment processing, and consent controls for advertising. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

Sortelle 3D is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information should use the support route below.
